QuestKing is provided for evaluation and may change during the beta. Store owners are responsible for verifying employee statistics, rewards, wage changes, policies, and compliance with employment laws.
Users must keep login credentials private. Managers may only access stores they are authorized to manage. Attempts to manipulate points, roles, quests, payments, or other users’ data are prohibited.
QuestKing tracks incentives but does not itself employ users, issue wages, or guarantee that a reward or raise is legally required. The participating employer is responsible for fulfilling approved rewards and configured wage milestones.
Full Access is offered at the displayed price per store and renews until canceled. Billing and card processing are handled through Stripe. Final cancellation, refund, and trial language should be completed before commercial launch.
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, upgrades, or circumstances outside QuestKing’s control.
