Beta draft — review with qualified counsel before public launch.
QuestKing stores account identifiers such as name and email, store membership and access role, employee performance statistics entered by authorized managers, points and XP history, quests, reward requests, notifications, feedback reports, and basic product-usage events.
The data is used to operate the employee performance and rewards system, secure store access, calculate points and levels, display progress, process reward requests, support the beta, and measure whether the program improves store performance.
Employees can see their own account and permitted store information. Store managers can see their store. Organization owners can see stores they own. The QuestKing platform owner can administer the service and view cross-store analytics. Payment-card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by QuestKing.
Managers can archive employees. Permanent deletion removes the employee record and linked QuestKing history. Some records may need to be retained for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations once the service is publicly launched.
QuestKing uses authenticated accounts, database row-level security, server-controlled awards, and encrypted network connections. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Use the Support page for privacy questions or deletion requests.
